Schenker Arkas gives full support to performing arts
The orchestra, made up of 250 Bosch employees, performed "Carmina Burana", the timeless work of Carl Orff (1895-1982) at Istanbul Aya İrini, İzmir Buca Municipality Facility and Bursa Cultural Park.
The experienced teams of Schenker Arkas, preferred not only for exhibition organizations but also for performing arts activities, transported the musical instruments of the orchestra, which are vulnerable against the smallest impacts and temperature changes. Schenker Arkas used trucks equipped with cooling and lifting systems to transport the musical instruments, upon arrival at Atatürk Airport in a private aircraft.
Schenker Arkas Exhibition and Special Transportation Services Department, carried out customs clearance, airport handling, temporary import procedures of the orchestra instruments at the arrival in and departure from Turkey, transferred the instruments from the plane to the trucks, ensured the coordination between Robert Bosch and the organization company, and organized the intercity transportation.
