An expert automotive team at Schenker Arkas

Schenker Arkas has formed a problem-solving team focused exclusively on automotive logistics services that will offer automotive producers and suppliers with one-stop service for distribution, packaging, customs clearance, and transportation of all types.

Changing production structures in automotive manufacturing is encouraging supply companies to rethink automotive logistics and create faster and more effective production and service structures. An automotive production line produces hundreds of identical cars every day with thousands of parts supplied by a range of manufacturers located around the world. As the number of vehicle options and varieties increase, it has become almost impossible to find two vehicles that look alike. Vehicles are made-to-order based on customer specifications.
