Implemented in Turkey by Schenker Arkas, this service enables customers to access all of Schenker's logistic services all over the world from a single access point and make choices based on their shipping needs.
Cargo tracking on the internet
Schenker Arkas customers can visit the Internet address and access precise status of their shipments. Different methods of cargo tracking allow Schenker Arkas to respond directly to customer demands with basic and advanced cargo search services. To view status information for a single shipment, all you need to do is to click on the 'tracking land transport' link and enter the STT number (Schenker reference number) printed on the bill of lading.
To view status information for multiple shipments between a range of dates, by the advanced tracking service, you must log on to the web site with your customer user ID and password. This will allow you to view the details of your current shipments as well as all past shipments.
