Incoterms clauses which rules the contribution of transportation costs, risk transfers, and the details of national and international sales activities had been reviewed and revised by ICC (International Chamber of Commerce). New clauses will be effective by 01.01.2011.

According to new rules, total clauses will be 11 instead of 13. 

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
DES (Delivered ex Ship)
DAF (Delivered at Frontier)
Clauses will be canceled 

DAT (Delivered at Terminal)
DAP (Delivered at Place)
Clauses will be added
